Kazuki Yoshioka was born in Tokyo in 1946. He studied at the Kofkai Art Academy in Japan.
In 1966, he enrolled in the National School of Beaux Art in Paris where he was trained in classical painting.
He remains in Paris living and working to make paintings inspired by classic Impressionist technique.
